His Thoughts
The Lord says, "Your thoughts are not like my thoughts. Your ways are not like my ways. Just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways. And my thoughts are higher than your thoughts. (Isa 55:8-9 ICB)
What do you do when your thoughts do not agree with God's thoughts?
My thoughts to say that I should hate my enemies. Jesus said you must "Love your enemies".
My thoughts say that if someone hurts me, I will never trust him, I will keep my guard up and make sure he never gets another chance. Jesus said "if someone strikes you on the right cheek, then turn the other cheek to him also."
My thoughts say that I should only help people who appreciate.
